Parentage procedure
The appropriate filing, jurisdiction, timing, and documentation depend on the facts of the case. Intended parents should confirm the expected parentage pathway with Missouri reproductive counsel before embryo transfer and again before delivery.
Agreement review
The agreement should address compensation and expenses, insurance, medical decision-making, legal costs, dispute procedures, and parentage planning. Each party should have counsel focused on that party's interests.
No county, LGBTQ+, or cross-border ranking
