- Rematch policy: What happens financially if screening fails, a match ends, or another match is needed?

- Case management: Confirm who coordinates legal, clinic, insurance, escrow, pregnancy support and birth planning after the match.
How to compare agency wait-time claims
A single advertised average can hide major differences between families. Ask for the definition of the metric, the period measured, whether withdrawn families are excluded, and what the agency's recent recruitment volume looks like for intended parents with criteria similar to yours.
